Do I need a credit card to try it?
Yes. To unlock the 7 days free we ask for a credit card — that way we make sure only genuinely interested shop owners come in. You are NOT charged during the trial: the first charge (£39/month on the monthly plan, or £279/year on the annual) only happens on day 8, if you decide to continue. Cancel before that and you pay nothing.
How much does CellFlow cost?
Monthly or annual plan, everything unlimited: users, jobs, sales, products. No extra charge per shop, staff member or feature. See the price and payment options on the pricing page.
How does the free trial work?
You register your shop and get full access for 7 days. To keep it light, the trial has limits: 1 user, 50 products, 30 jobs and 30 sales in the period. Subscribers get unlimited.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, with secure recurring billing processed by Stripe (automatic monthly or annual renewal, depending on the plan). You can cancel whenever you want.
What if I can't get the hang of it in 7 days?
Message us on WhatsApp — we'll extend the trial. We've had customers ask for another 15 days to show a business partner before committing. No problem.
Can I move my customers from paper or Excel into the system?
Yes. If you have a spreadsheet (even a messy one), we import it for you. If you have a notebook, you can type straight into the system — people who've done it usually take an afternoon. We'll help you on WhatsApp if needed.
Does it work on phone and tablet?
It works on everything: computer, tablet and phone (Android and iPhone). You can even add an icon to your phone's home screen to open it faster, without downloading from an app store.
What if the internet goes down mid-day?
The system stays open for viewing — you can see your customers, jobs and stock even offline. To record a new sale you need internet, for data security. But in general even a phone's 4G handles it fine.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Not yet — it's on the 2026 roadmap. For now the system generates a non-fiscal receipt (good for internal control and proof for the customer). If you need formal VAT invoices right now, it's worth talking to us before subscribing.
Does it work with my thermal printer?
Yes, it supports 58mm and 80mm thermal printers — the most common on the market. It also prints on a normal printer (A4) if you don't have a thermal one. Set it up once and you're ready.
If I have a problem, how do I reach you?
On WhatsApp, straight to our team — the same person who wrote the system replies. Reply within 24h on working days, but usually much faster. No chatbot, no ticket number 47829.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel straight from the system, no penalty, no lock-in, no need to call anyone. Your data stays available until the end of the period already paid for.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Everything stored on a professional cloud server, with encryption and an automatic backup every day. Each shop sees only its own data — nobody from outside can access it. We're GDPR compliant.
How does the referral programme work?
You get a link that's just yours. Each shop that signs up through your link and subscribes gives you 1 free month (once the referral completes 1 active month). No limit — someone who referred 8 shops earned 8 months.
