CellFlow
Manage repair jobs, sales, stock, till and customers in one place. Your customer tracks the repair from their phone. You serve more, hear fewer complaints.

"So, has my part arrived?" — you flip through the notebook, can't find the job, ask them to call back later.
How much did I sell? What did it cost? Did I make a profit? The spreadsheet is out of date. You try to work it out by hand and lose track.
You promised the customer for Thursday, but only find out today the part ran out. Missed the deadline, lost the customer.
The customer's device passcode was jotted on a scrap of paper. Nobody knows where. The device can't go out.
You know customers come back when they're remembered. But with no system, there's no way to keep track.
The customer asks for a receipt — you've no printer set up, issue nothing, and look like an amateur.
Same shop. Same number of jobs. A different story.
Modules built for the day-to-day of a repair shop.
Real screenshots of CellFlow. No mockups, no photoshop, no promise of a feature that doesn't exist yet.

Open the system from any device. Same experience, always in sync.

No red tape. No installation. Just open and sell.
Email, shop name, password. Sign-up opens straight into the guided tour inside the system.
~2 minutesLogo, printer, business details. Categories come ready-made — you only tweak what you need.
~3 minutesCustomer registered, job opened, money logged in the till. All in the cloud — open it from your phone wherever you are.
Right awayAdd it up: money lost, hours spent searching, the customer who doesn't come back. The maths always ends in the red.
Average loss from a single job lost in the notebook or the out-of-date spreadsheet.
Hunting for information in notebook and spreadsheet instead of serving a customer or fixing a device.
Doesn't come back after a bad experience with a deadline. One slip costs you the whole customer.
If you avoid 1 lost job a month, CellFlow has already paid for itself with room to spare — and you keep your time, money and loyal customers.
Words from people running their shop day to day with CellFlow.
“Customers calling to ask "where's my phone?" — gone”
It was around 80 jobs a month and the notebook turned to chaos. A customer would call and I'd freeze the whole counter looking for that one job in the mess. I put CellFlow in about 4 months ago. In 2 weeks it changed. Each customer checks the status on their phone — I barely know who they are now until they show up to collect.

“I'm 48. The idea of software terrified me”
I lived off spreadsheets. Missed a deadline every week, making up excuses for the customer. I put it on to try, expecting to give up on day one. By day 2 I was creating jobs on my own, by day 4 I was printing receipts. My husband even doubted it was me running the shop.

“I stepped back. The 3 technicians run it all themselves”
I've got 3 technicians. Each jotted things their own way — one on WhatsApp, another in a diary, the third not at all. It was chaos. We put everyone on the same screen. Now I leave the shop knowing it's ticking over — I open the system on my phone and watch each job move along. I stopped micromanaging.

“I am the whole shop. The system became my second pair of hands”
I serve, I fix, I sell, I take payment. All me. Before CellFlow I'd stop a repair to answer a customer's WhatsApp asking "is it ready?". Now I send the link and they check for themselves. It freed up my head to actually work. Can't imagine being without it.

“Customers think I'm a chain just because of the receipt”
I used to hand over a job scribbled on a little slip of paper. Customers gave me that look... Now a smart thermal receipt comes out with my logo, IMEI, price, deadline. I even started charging a bit more. Nobody complained.

“I fix PS5s and Xboxes. Thought it was just for phones — it isn't”
I set up device types: PS4, PS5, Xbox, Switch. No bodge jobs. Parts control (HDMI, drive, fan) is spot on. The bloke from the shop next door has asked me the name of the system twice — I still haven't told him.

“12 years of paper. I migrated in 3 days and it didn't hurt”
I've worked since 2014 noting everything down by hand. I thought migrating would be agony. The support team helped me on WhatsApp, imported my customers from a spreadsheet. 3 days and it was all in there. The notebook's still in the back of the drawer, just to remind me where I came from.

“My business partner lives in Swansea. We sort everything inside the system”
Me in Cardiff, him in Swansea. We were forever arguing over mismatched numbers, swapping screenshots on WhatsApp. Now each of us logs in from our own PC and sees the same dashboard. A closing meeting that took 3 hours, I now sort in 30 minutes.

“I opened the shop with a system from day one. Recommend it to any beginner”
I'm new to the trade, opened 6 months ago. I put CellFlow in from the very first day precisely to avoid the "I'll get organised later" trap. Today I've got 200+ jobs in the history and know my profit precisely. Anyone starting today without a system is losing money without understanding why.

“The stock alert saved me at Christmas”
A popular iPhone case was running out and I hadn't noticed. The system warned me on the Thursday. I ordered Friday. By Sunday I'd sold 18 of them. Without the alert I'd have lost that whole sale. A small detail that paid for the system 5 times over that month.

“We stopped arguing over a missing part”
I run the counter, my husband runs the bench. We used to argue constantly: "where's that part that came in last week?". Nobody knew. Now each of us has a login and the system shows who touched what. Some days I forget we're a couple — it became a proper business.

“I'd already spent money on 2 systems before. This is the one that stuck”
I tried two others (won't name them). Pricey and full of menus. My staff simply didn't use them — they'd sneak back to the notebook. CellFlow is straight to the point: clean screen, big buttons. Within a week everyone was inside the system, no training needed.

Yes. To unlock the 7 days free we ask for a credit card — that way we make sure only genuinely interested shop owners come in. You are NOT charged during the trial: the first charge (£39/month on the monthly plan, or £279/year on the annual) only happens on day 8, if you decide to continue. Cancel before that and you pay nothing.
Monthly or annual plan, everything unlimited: users, jobs, sales, products. No extra charge per shop, staff member or feature. See the price and payment options on the pricing page.
You register your shop and get full access for 7 days. To keep it light, the trial has limits: 1 user, 50 products, 30 jobs and 30 sales in the period. Subscribers get unlimited.
Credit card, with secure recurring billing processed by Stripe (automatic monthly or annual renewal, depending on the plan). You can cancel whenever you want.
Message us on WhatsApp — we'll extend the trial. We've had customers ask for another 15 days to show a business partner before committing. No problem.
Yes. If you have a spreadsheet (even a messy one), we import it for you. If you have a notebook, you can type straight into the system — people who've done it usually take an afternoon. We'll help you on WhatsApp if needed.
It works on everything: computer, tablet and phone (Android and iPhone). You can even add an icon to your phone's home screen to open it faster, without downloading from an app store.
The system stays open for viewing — you can see your customers, jobs and stock even offline. To record a new sale you need internet, for data security. But in general even a phone's 4G handles it fine.
Not yet — it's on the 2026 roadmap. For now the system generates a non-fiscal receipt (good for internal control and proof for the customer). If you need formal VAT invoices right now, it's worth talking to us before subscribing.
Yes, it supports 58mm and 80mm thermal printers — the most common on the market. It also prints on a normal printer (A4) if you don't have a thermal one. Set it up once and you're ready.
On WhatsApp, straight to our team — the same person who wrote the system replies. Reply within 24h on working days, but usually much faster. No chatbot, no ticket number 47829.
Yes. Cancel straight from the system, no penalty, no lock-in, no need to call anyone. Your data stays available until the end of the period already paid for.
Yes. Everything stored on a professional cloud server, with encryption and an automatic backup every day. Each shop sees only its own data — nobody from outside can access it. We're GDPR compliant.
You get a link that's just yours. Each shop that signs up through your link and subscribes gives you 1 free month (once the referral completes 1 active month). No limit — someone who referred 8 shops earned 8 months.
In 7 days, your shop could be organised — or in the same place as today. You decide.
