Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CellFlow system, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms described here, do not use the system.

2. Description of the Service

CellFlow is a management system (SaaS) developed for repair shops handling phones, games consoles and electronic devices. The system offers: point of sale (POS), repair jobs, stock control, till management, customer records and reports.

3. Registration and Account

To use the system you must create an account providing true and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the security of your password and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Trial Period

CellFlow offers a free trial period of 7 (seven) consecutive days. During the trial, access is limited to 1 user, 50 products, 30 repair jobs and 30 sales per month. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the system.

5. Plan and Payment

The current plan price is the one shown on the pricing page, charged automatically to your credit card (monthly or annual renewal, depending on the plan chosen). Payments are processed by the Stripe platform.

In the event of non-payment, access to the system may be suspended until payment is regularised. Data will be retained for up to 90 days after suspension.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the system. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the period already paid for. There is no pro-rata refund of amounts already paid.

7. Referral Programme

The referral programme lets active customers refer new shops. When a referred shop subscribes to the plan and stays active for at least 30 days, the referrer receives 1 (one) additional month of free access. Bonus months are cumulative and consumed automatically in the event of non-payment.

8. Acceptable Use

By using CellFlow, you agree to:

• Not use the system for illegal or unauthorised purposes
• Not attempt to access other businesses' data
• Not reverse-engineer the software
• Not intentionally overload the servers
• Keep your access credentials confidential

9. Intellectual Property

All CellFlow content, including source code, design, trademarks and text, is the exclusive property of CellFlow. The data entered by each business remains the property of that business.

10. Availability

We strive to keep the system available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

CellFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the system. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the last 12 months.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where the service provider is established. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the service provider's domicile.
