What's the difference between the monthly and annual plans?
The features are identical — everything unlimited in both. The only difference is the price: monthly you pay £39/month; annually it works out to £23.25/month (charged £279 once a year), a 40% saving. Both renew automatically and you can cancel whenever you want.
Is it worth it for my budget?
A single repair lost in a paper notebook costs at least £40 (your time + an annoyed customer + a lost part). If over a year you avoid just a few lost repairs, the system pays for itself. Most of our customers avoid more than that in the first month.
How does the 7-day trial work?
You choose a plan (monthly or annual), register your shop and a credit card to unlock the trial — but you are NOT charged during the 7 days. You use it with limits (1 user, 50 products, 30 repairs/month, 30 sales/month). If you continue, the first charge happens on day 8 (£39 monthly or £279 annual). If you cancel before that, you pay nothing and your data is kept for 30 days.
What if it's not for me within 7 days?
Just cancel inside the system before day 7 — we charge you nothing. If you need more time to decide, message us on WhatsApp and we'll extend the trial. Nobody pays before they're sure.
Can I migrate my data from Excel/paper?
Yes. The system supports CSV import and our team helps you over WhatsApp to migrate products, customers and history. At no extra cost.
Which payment methods?
Credit card, with secure recurring payments processed by Stripe. Renewal is automatic (monthly or annual, depending on the plan) and you can cancel whenever you want.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is online, right inside the system. Your data stays available until the end of the paid period.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption, daily backups and per-company isolation. Each shop only accesses its own data. We are GDPR-compliant.
